This site is dedicated to the memory of Richard Howell.
Richard was born on September 05, 1969. He is much loved and will always be remembered by all his friends and family. We all miss you so much all your jokes you use to tell and all the things you did for us, it means alot hope you are happy up there with your best friend alfie i know you were close to him x
